Goods damaged or faulty

The Customer must inspect the goods these days upon delivery and in all cases must inform Chess4less in writing (including email) within 3 days of appearance of any damage, shortages or non-delivery of the goods.

You accept 14 days following receipt of your order during which you may give back goods. Known as a "Cooling off period". Any such returned goods must make ends meet in perfect condition (including any casing, instruction manuals etc.) and unused.
